Badging Hours:
Appointments are required for Training, Fingerprinting, New ID Badge Applicant, ID Badge Renewal, Company Name Change, and Applicant Name Change.

New Applicant Requirements:
Step 1:
- Make fingerprint appointment, (SIDA & Sterile badges only) Provide two forms of valid government issued IDs, including one photo ID (e.g. driver license, passport, alien identification card, etc. Please see Acceptable Identification Documents Reference Sheet)
- Pay $40 processing fee
- Complete the Application for Identification Media (SIDA, Sterile Area, and Non-SIDA)
- Submit completed Application for Identification Media signed by the organization Authorized Signatory
Step 2 (after fingerprints have cleared):
- Make SIDA class appointment (SIDA badges only) Pay $10 Badge processing fee
- Provide two forms of valid government IDs, including one photo ID (e.g. driver license, passport, alien identification card, etc. Please see Acceptable Identification Documents Reference Sheet)
- Elevator class appointment is needed (for Sterile Elevator badges) and $10 badge processing fee. One picture ID required.
- GA Tenant Drivers:
- must take written driving test and successfully pass written driving test
- must provide valid driver license
- company Procedures can be obtained from employer
- Airport Rules and Regulations can be obtained from https://www.ocair.com/aboutjwa/rulesandregulations/default
- Driver Study Guide available at the Airport ID/Access Control Office
- Persons driving on AOA:
- must attend JWA driving class and successfully
pass written driving test
- must provide a valid state driver license

- Persons fueling aircraft on AOA:
- must attend JWA driving class and successfully
pass written driving/fueling test
- must submit a fueler's supplemental form
- must provide a valid state driver license

Renewal Requirements:
- SIDA & Sterile badges require fingerprint resubmission, pay $29 processing fee
- Completed application signed by authorized signator
- Submit previous SNA badges, Unreturned ID badges may result in a $250 fee
- Provide two forms of valid government IDs, including one photo ID (e.g. driver license, passport, alien identification card, etc. Please see Acceptable Identification Documents Reference Sheet)
